The Company regards the training and vocational training of the staff as one of its priorities. Training strategy of GEOSYSTEMS – XXI, TOO is aimed on realization and support of the short-term and long-term production objectives, as well as on involvement of the leading Kazakhstani and foreign universities, institutes and training centers.

GEOSYSTEMS – XXI, TOO also has its own Performance Planning, Appraisal and Development Program (PPAD) which has been implemented to assess the potential of each employee; identify and ascertain which training programs it needs to realize that potential.

Health, safety and environment (HSE) is implemented at all levels of our business and integrated into our quality assurance system; new employees get a complete picture of GEOSYSTEMS – XXI, TOO as soon as they start their work.

The management of GEOSYSTEMS – XXI, TOO is aimed at complete compliance to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also on the further fulfillment of all conditions of the Collective agreement. This includes providing more annual leave than legislation provides for; providing company pensions; paying funeral expenses, and also providing additional time off in specific circumstances; paying more maternity benefit than the stipulated amount; paying for health resort sessions; holding cultural and sporting events; paying bonuses for public holidays and personal jubilees, and also providing transportation.

The main activity of GEOSYSTEMS – XXI, TOO’s Environmental Department in the sphere of environmental monitoring has been to carry out quantitative and qualitative monitoring of harmful wastes in gaseous, liquid and solid forms emitted to the atmosphere as a result of natural and anthropogenic impacts at enterprises and companies subordinated to GEOSYSTEMS – XXI, TOO, on scientific grounds with the purpose of assessing and forecasting the conditions of air, water and soil environment, implementing regular control and research system defining their chemical content, degree of contamination, radioactive and hydro-biological features and physical characteristics.
